Terms of Service

The service
PermitPigeon delivers permit-derived leads and, on the Autopilot plan, composes and mails letters on your behalf to property owners whose public filings match your claimed territory. Data comes from public records; we make no guarantee that any lead becomes a job.
Territories
A territory is one trade in one zip code. While your subscription is active, we will not sell the same territory to another business. If you cancel, the territory returns to the market and may be claimed by others, including a waitlist.
Billing
Subscriptions are month-to-month, billed in advance, and cancellable at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Your responsibilities
Letters are mailed under your business name; you are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you give us and for how you conduct any follow-up contact with recipients. Don't use the service for any trade you aren't licensed to perform where a license is required.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
