What we collect
If you subscribe: your name, business name, email, phone, mailing address, and payment details (handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers). If you check territory availability: the zip and trade you searched. If a homeowner scans a letter's QR code: the scan time and browser type — no name, no account, no cookies for tracking.
Where lead data comes from
The properties and projects we write letters about come entirely from public government records: municipal permit filings and state license data. We do not buy consumer data, scrape private platforms, or collect homeowner phone numbers.
What we do with it
We use subscriber information to run the service — matching permits to your territory, mailing letters under your business name, and showing you results. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond the processors that make the service work (payment, printing and postage, email delivery, hosting).
Retention and deletion
Cancel anytime and your subscription data stops being used immediately. Email founders@permitpigeon.com to request deletion of your account records and we will honor it within 30 days.
